Gamma is being impacted more severely by the AWS outage now. We will continue to post updates as they are available.

We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.

Uploads (image, pdfs, etc) are impacted and may not be functional.

Our media provider has implemented another fix and processing is back to normal. We will continue to monitor on our side.

Our media processing provider has implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. Error rates have dropped to normal levels and the app is operating normally.

The root cause of this issue is with the service provider we use for processing uploaded images. We are working with their support to resolve this.

This incident has been resolved. An issue with our code deploy caused database connection issues which required a restart of our API and other services.

We have caught up processing stale SSL certificates for custom domains and are seeing new ones issuing correctly. We now have better monitoring in place for failed domains as well.
